Account Manager

Full-time Position – Lewisville, TX – Compensation Based on Experience/Skill

We are looking for a talented and experienced Account Manager to  join our team. This position is for a proficient professional with hands-on agency account management background and CRM. This is not a  receptionist position. Workamajig software experience preferred.

  • Own and execute projects while managing day-to-day account activities for all facets of projects
  • Manage projects from inception to completion using project management software on a daily basis
  • Oversee project quality control and navigating client approvals throughout projects
  • Capable of managing a queue of high-velocity projects and tasks in tandem
  • Set realistic goals and expectations with clients
  • Take initiative and be proactive in keeping clients on track within projects
  • Strong communication skills in person, over email, and on the phone, while interpreting client needs into actionable internal direction
  • Liaison between clients and internal team
  • Drive client status and kick-off calls, as well as taking calls for new business
  • Maintain weekly status reports if necessary for clients
  • Recommend and encourage best-practices for marketing strategies
  • Oversee and create billing for all projects
  • Take initiative to resolve problems and maintain work quality


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent preferred
  • Agency and CRM experience required
  • Workamajig experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Mac OS including iCal, MacMail, and Adobe Acrobat
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills
  • Professional demeanor and ability to foster and maintain client relationships as a trusted adviser
  • Marketing experience related to and including print collateral, direct mailers, and websites
  • Tenacious in meeting deadlines and able to appropriately adapt to client changes in timelines
  • Strong organization and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional standards for quality and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to learn the client profiles and direct the internal team as needed

SEO Manager

We are looking for a passionate individual with deep knowledge of SEO and Digital Marketing to join our team, someone who is creative, curious, loves data and nerds out over creating strategies that achieve results.


  • Collaborate with Clients, the Account Management Team, and Web Project Manager to understand scope of work, deliverables and targeted results
  • Plan and develop SEO product offerings, internal processes and pricing structures
  • Perform Client-specific keyword research and competitive analysis
  • Provide insight to internal teams to ensure high level of SEO performance for all internally developed and maintained websites and digital marketing tools
  • Create and nurture client relationships, following our MMC Values
  • Present new strategies and results to Clients with visual presentations in person, over calls and via email
  • Stay up to date with SEO/SEM best practices and strategies

  • 2-3 years of SEO / SEM Digital Marketing experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Resourceful nature, laser-focused attention to detail, able to adapt and self-manage
  • Leadership Skills – someone who can lead others by example and overcome obstacles with confidence and kindness
  • Experience managing PPC campaigns across Google, Yahoo, and Bing.
  • Clear understanding of campaign forecasting, growth analysis, and traffic estimation
  • Knowledge of and experience with E-commerce
  • Familiar with CMS Platforms, WordPress is a must
  • Experience with Workamajig and Atlassian/JIRA a plus
  • Strong knowledge and experience with Google Apps, MS Office, Moz, Majestic, SEMrush
  • Primary knowledge of HTML, Design & Development tools
  • Well versed with SEO core elements including On-page and Off-page, navigation and internal linking structure optimization, URL structure, title tags and meta descriptions
